Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Freetta's platform, including both Public and Elite services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Eligibility

To use Freetta's services, you must:

• Age: Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Capacity: Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Location: Be located in Nigeria or have valid Nigerian business registration
• Verification: For Elite services, additional verification may be required

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

Account Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are fully responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We cannot be liable for any loss from unauthorized access

4. Public Listings

Freetta Public allows professionals to create free listings. By creating a listing, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your services
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or credentials
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Honor the services and prices advertised in your listing

Prohibited Listings:

• Illegal services or activities
• Misleading or deceptive offers
• Services requiring licenses you don't hold
• Duplicate or spam listings

5. Freetta Elite

Freetta Elite is an invitation-only platform with additional terms:

• Verification: All Elite professionals undergo enhanced verification
• Confidentiality: Elite introductions are subject to NDAs and confidentiality agreements
• Discretion: Both parties agree to maintain discretion about introductions
• Fees: Elite may involve premium fees or success charges

6. Payments & Fees

Freetta Public is free for basic listings. Premium features and Elite services may involve fees:

• All fees are clearly displayed before you commit
• Payments are processed securely through our partners
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change fees with notice

7. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Harassing, abusing, or harming others
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Circumventing or manipulating our systems
• Scraping or collecting user data without consent
• Uploading malicious code or content
• Interfering with platform operations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freetta shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Services provided by professionals on our platform
• Disputes between users of the platform

Freetta is a platform connecting professionals and clients. We do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the services provided by third parties.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions that should survive termination shall survive.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rivers State, Nigeria.
